Originally from Ukraine, Elle Webb, RN, is a Tattoo Artist currently residing in the Bay Area. Elle has been tattooing
since 2016 and has been interested in art and drawing since early childhood. Prior to becoming a full time artist
she worked as a Nurse in Cardiology and Transplant. Elle utilizes her background in healthcare to provide a safe, informative, and comfortable experience for all clients. She enjoys working in a variety of artistic styles with an emphasis on blending elements of neotraditional, blackwork, and dotwork. Elle's favorite subject matter to tattoo includes botanical, floral, and celestial themes. She is currently a Resident Artist at Diving Swallow Tattoo in Oakland, CA .
